Before joining Sovos, Bob spent eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led mergers and acquisitions advisory projects for both the buy and sell side. He also spent eight years at JDA Software, where he most recently served as chief financial officer for the Americas. During his time there, Bob led finance and operations teams to partner with business leaders to grow the business.

John has more than 25 years of technology and architecture experience. Prior to joining Sovos in 2015, he was chief technology officer at Datapipe, where he worked on software-defined data center initiatives around the world for multi-cloud environments. Before that, John was chief technology officer at Intralinks, where he led SaaS platform enhancements to provide new methods of sharing critical information across global boundaries, culminating in the company’s IPO in 2010.

Previously, Joe was national sales director at Akibia and was responsible for more than 80 percent of company revenue and consistent year-over-year growth, leading to the successful sale of the business to Zensar.

He was previously vice president of global accounts at Sovos, and he and his team cultivated partnerships with some of the world’s largest global financial services organizations, helping to identify and develop solutions to resolve complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory obligations.

With more than 25 years of experience in the tax information reporting industry, Paul’s previous leadership positions include vice president of client management and vice president of operations at Convey, which was acquired by Sovos.

A former selected member of the Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC), which provides guidance on matters of concern to the industry and the IRS, Paul is now a member of the CRS Business Advocacy group that works with the OECD on matters related to the automatic exchange of information (AEOI). He earned a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.

Previously, John was an officer in the United States Navy, and he spent 15 years in corporate finance, commercial banking, and mergers and acquisitions advisory roles, in which he successfully generated more than $1 billion in buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions.
