As chief operating officer, Gregg manages Sovos’ business operations, working with the executive team and other business leaders to establish greater levels of efficiency. His leadership approach is data-driven with a focus on achieving results. Never one to shy away from difficult discussions or projects, Gregg is a big believer in the concept that operationally efficient companies are forever transforming.
Gregg holds himself to a high-level of professional integrity and ethics, something he works hard to instill in his team and across the organization. Bold in his decision making, he is never fearful of taking appropriate risks to drive positive business outcomes.
During his career, Gregg has been part of more than 25 acquisitions and has participated in the successful sale of multiple companies. He is known as a creative operational strategist and considered a pioneer in RPA and AI for the back-office. Gregg has held a number of senior level operations roles at companies such as Magnit, Cision and Autodesk.
When not in the office, Gregg prioritizes spending time with family and is an avid sports fan and golfer. He enjoys exploring different areas of the world and trying new experiences, especially the food.
