West Virginia Revises Withholding Publications and Forms

The West Virginia State Tax Department has released the 2018 versions of Form WV/IT-103, West Virginia Withholding Year End Reconciliation; WV/IT-105, W-2 Electronic Media Specifications; and WV/IT-105.1, 1099 and W-2G Electronic Media Specifications. ACA Information Return Production Environment to Open January 15

The ACA Information Return (AIR) production environment will begin on January 15, 2019, 9:00 EST, allowing filers to begin transmitting the relevant returns. It will be closed until then to allow for 2019 updates. For both the production and test environments, filers will be able to submit for tax years 2015-2018.
