Poland: Full steam ahead towards Europe’s next Continuous Transaction Control system

Poland’s new e-invoicing law is planned to come in to force in October this year, which will introduce e-invoicing via a national platform in a Continuous Transaction Control system. • What businesses need to do to meet the deadline
  • If it is not mandatory to use the system, whether companies will be prepared to change their processes to start using it
  • How similar the new Polish system is to other Continuous Transaction Control systems in Europe
  • Whether this law will mean that Poland will beat France in the race toward a Continuous Transaction Control system
