Puerto Rico Releases Publication 17-06

Puerto Rico has released Publication 17-06. This publication contains instructions and specifications for filers who wish to file electronically with the Hacienda. There are a number of changes from the previous revision:

Important Notice
- Forms 480.7 and 480.7C are not included on this revision, but they will be included on a later updated revision.
New fields have been added to the following forms:
- Form 480.6A
- Form 480.6B
- Form 480.6D
- Form 480.6B.1
The following forms have had their field positions modified:
- Form 480.6A
- Form 480.6B
- Form 480.6D
- Form 480.6B.1
Form 480.6A now has new Exemption Codes

Prior to Sovos, Adam worked as a legislative aide in the Florida House of Representatives. He also has experience in securities law, focusing on securities litigation and researching emerging crowdfunding methods of raising capital. Adam is a member of both the Massachusetts and Florida Bars. He earned his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the University of Miami.
