IRS Releases 2019 Draft Form 1099-K

The IRS has published a 2019 draft version of Form 1099-K, Payment Card and Third Party Network Transactions. This form is used to report payment card transactions or payments received through third party network organizations.

The only change to the draft version of this form is to the electronic filing due date, which was adjusted to account for weekends and/or holidays. This form is due on March 31, 2020 when filing electronically.
