Georgia has released its Employer’s Tax Guide, updated for TY 2020. Additionally it has released TY 2020 updated G-7M, G-1003, GA-V, and G-7Q forms, respectively the Quarterly Return for Monthly Payers, Income Statement Return, Withholding Payment Voucher, and the Georgia Quarterly Return for Quarterly Payers.

- Previous updates have been incorporated into the language (removed language stating “Starting on X”)
- Under question heading, “What income statements are not required to be sent to the Georgia Department of Revenue by the employer or issuer?”, language added: Please note, Form 1099-K must be submitted even if there is no Georgia State income tax withheld. See regulation 560-3-2.26 for more information about Form 1099-K. (emphasis added)
