D.C. Releases 2018 Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payment Guide

D.C. has released its 2018 EFT Payment Guide. Much of the guide remains the same as last year’s revision. Changes include new instructions that Official Payments (OPAY) allows a limit of $100,000 including the processing fee, and if the payment and the processing fee exceed $100,000 then the payment must be split. Additionally, contact information has also been updated.
