According to the information made available in the SPED web portal, as soon as the new version of the EFD-REINF (Digital Fiscal Record of Withholdings and Other Fiscal Information) is implemented in production to receive events from the R-4000 series, all events must migrate to layout version 2.1.1 (including table events R-1000, R-1070 and the R-2000 and R-3010 series events).
The restricted production environment will remain temporarily available to receive events from layout of version 1.5.1 until one month before the deployment of version 2.1.1 in production, to allow eventual tests with the version that is currently in production.
Additionally, after implementation of the R-4000 series event reception, companies will be able to send R-2000, R-3010, R-1000 and R-1070 events synchronously and asynchronously for six months. After this six-month period, the synchronous transmission mode of the R-2000 series will be disabled and all events (tables, R-3010, R-2000 and R-4000 series) must be sent asynchronously.
Version 2.1.1 of the EFD-Reinf will come into force for the period of March/2023.
