Throughout his career, Marcelo has excelled in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leveraging his expertise in value-based selling and market expansion to consistently drive tens of millions of dollars in sales. His achievements include building foundational sales infrastructures at Splunk and Databricks, where he led revenue growth from $250K to $45M at Splunk and from $3M to $70M at Databricks in LATAM. A 10-time President’s Club honoree, Marcelo is known for his operational excellence and ability to implement scalable, repeatable processes that motivate teams to exceed revenue targets.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Marcelo brings a holistic approach to building and scaling operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, legal, human resources, and customer success.
