A seasoned executive with more than 20 years’ experience in global customer expertise within the financial services and technology sectors, Dominic Constandi spearheads customer programs aimed at maximizing customer value, driving success, and leveraging Sovos’ portfolio of best-in-class solutions and services for businesses navigating the complex regulatory environment.

Throughout his career, Dominic has been recognized for his creative and analytical leadership style, accruing a proven track record of building strong teams for multi-billion-dollar global companies, and fostering long-lasting customer relationships based on strategic partnerships, rather than simply vendor-client interactions.

Prior to joining Sovos, Dominic held the position of Chief Customer Officer at ZoomInfo, where he helped lead the company through a successful IPO as it grew from $500 million to $1.2 billion in annual recurring revenue, scaling a global customer experience team from 60 to more than 500 employees. As Head of Global Customer Success at Eze Software, his operational process improvements resulted in a customer success organization responsible for managing more than $400 million in annual recurring revenue.  Pairing a customer-first approach with outcome-driven operational principles, he honed his ability to identify and solve customer challenges as a consultant for many of the world’s top companies, including Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and The Carlyle Group.
