Dear Invoiceware customers and followers,

Here at Invoiceware, we are thrilled with today’s news that our company is being acquired by Sovos Compliance, a global leader in tax and business-to-government compliance software that currently supports half of the Fortune 500. As you know, the compliance landscape is more challenging than ever for multinational companies, particularly for those operating in Latin America. This combination of Sovos and Invoiceware is a big step forward for our industry, giving our clients an opportunity to reduce risk and costs around the world.

As governments continue to tighten their fiscal reporting standards, our clients have been asking us to help them beyond Latin America. I have been impressed with Sovos’ capability to solve a wide variety of tax compliance and reporting problems. We didn’t see anyone else that had the capability to keep businesses ahead and minimize risks like Sovos – their mission and approach aligns seamlessly with ours. With a 35-year track record of success with some of the world’s most complex companies, Sovos helps 4,500 companies stay ahead of complex and fast-changing government regulations.

By merging our Latin American compliance suite with Sovos’ global compliance platform, enterprises will receive a more complete solution to meet their needs, providing the control and visibility required to manage global tax compliance activities while improving the efficiency of overall compliance efforts. With this acquisition, our clients will be able to extend their compliance initiatives with Sovos’ full suite of products, including tax compliance, IRS reporting, and European VAT filing.

Rest assured that our commitment to excellent customer service, local language and English support, and continued innovation remain. It has always been Invoiceware’s mission to add value to our clients beyond mandatory compliance. This is why we introduced supply chain financing, why we launched AP automation solutions, and why we are now joining forces with a leader in global tax compliance. We know that most of our clients have operations that extend well beyond Latin America, and now they have even more resources to meet their needs.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please contact us. We look forward to extending our relationship with you through this new alliance.

Sincerely,

Scott Lewin
