For transforming ERP output into Sovos Input format, you need to prepare the rule file.
The rules mean mapping ERP column headers with column header available in Sovos Input format.
This Create rule file feature will help you in two ways:
1. Calculate Sum – If in your ERP output, total invoice value is not provided then by using this feature of “Calculate Sum” you will be able to make total of invoice values for all your document no. It will minimize your manual work of calculations.
2. Create and Edit Rules – This feature will help you to create of rule file which will transform your ERP data as per the requirement of Sovos Input format.
