ShipCompliant Product News

March marks the start of spring, and we're hitting the ground running with a fresh set of updates to ShipCompliantHere's what's new this month.

New and improved

We updated default tax preference selections on the Tax Preferences page for six states: Alabama, California, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, and New Mexico. You can now see accurate default tax preferences for both onsite and offsite orders in these states.

Bug fixes

We fixed a problem that was causing an incorrect combined tax rate for Mississippi wine markup fee and sales tax calculations. You can now see the correct combined rate applied to Mississippi orders.

We fixed a problem that was causing the Missouri Sales to Wholesale Dealers and Monthly Report to display incorrect tax due amounts. You can now download the report with accurate tax calculations. We also added a flag to prompt you to update missing distributor license numbers.

Regulatory updates

Illinois

We removed Illinois from the list of Product Registration Online (PRO) states because Illinois no longer accepts PRO registrations.

As always, we're here to support you. Reach out through the Support Portal with any questions about this month's updates.
