Spring is here, and with it comes a slate of new regulations and tax updates. Here’s a selection of changes we’ve made in the last month to keep you fully compliant:
- Arizona: The state has moved Form 835: Domestic Farm Winery Return of Liquor Sold to be annual filing only.
- Colorado: State form DR-0100 has been updated with minor changes.
- Florida: We fixed a problem with the CSV version of the state 4000A-125-1 Malt Beverages Shipped To/Within Florida where products sold were calculated incorrectly. Also, we've updated form 4000A-100-1W to fix a problem causing cider above 7% ABV to be taxed incorrectly.
- Hawaii: We've updated state form G-45 General Excise Return with a new rate for Maui County (0.5%) and new reporting fields.
- Louisiana: The Ascension Parish local sales tax report has been updated with minor changes, including a new column for West Ascension within the Riverplex Megapark EDD.
- Maryland: The state has a new e-filing portal, TaxConnect.
- Nebraska: State form 10 and associated worksheet have been updated with minor changes.
- New York: State form ST-100 State and Local Sales and Use Tax Return Quarterly has been updated with minor changes.
- Oklahoma: The state has created a new quarterly filing option for the Direct Shipper Consumers Excise Tax Return. Also, we fixed a problem with barrel conversions on the Wholesale Gallonage Report for Beer.
