Updated June 23, 2023

Coming soon: Solicitors is getting a renovation.

We’re continuing to make improvements to ShipCompliant, and Solicitors is next. Soon, you’ll see:

  1. Editable tables: you’ll be able to edit solicitor license information directly from the table. Double click on a field to edit and your changes will be saved automatically.
  2. Quick filter buttons: you’ll get visibility into your solicitor license statuses with quick filter buttons, to see what’s required, expired or expiring soon.
  3. New and improved solicitor management: you’ll be able to make quick changes to solicitor information and add or edit working regions, all in the same place.

The ShipCompliant Help center is now public! You’ll no longer need to log in to find answers to your questions, view how-to and getting started guides, and stay on top of regulatory changes. You can also still see help articles directly in your ShipCompliant account.

Here’s a rundown of recent changes we’ve made in the product to keep you fully compliant:

  • California: We fixed a bug with the state CDTFA 401-A2 Sales and Use Tax (With District) Return where the City of Belmont, San Mateo County, and subtotal 11A were not populating.
  • Colorado: We've fixed a bug that was incorrectly placing the address 600 Park Ave, West Denver in Lakewood. The address now reflects the correct tax rate.
  • New York: The state ST-100 State and Local Quarterly Sales and Use Tax Return has been updated with minor changes.
  • Ohio: We now support accelerated return payments for state form UST-1 Data File Upload. Also, in MarketReady, we fixed a problem with Line Extension registrations that prevented the allocation of distributors for wholesale products.
