We’re excited to share an overview of the product updates we have released over the past month.   • Tax reports and filings:
    • California CDTFA-401-A2 Sales and Use Tax Return updated to accommodate new rates/jurisdictions.
    • Connecticut Direct Shipping Report is now enabled for eFile.
    • Connecticut O-255 Wholesale Alcoholic Beverage Tax Return now supports a report subscription option specific to small farm wineries.
    • Connecticut AU-933 Report of Shipments to Distributors from Non-Registered Suppliers now supports a report subscription option specific to small farm wineries.
    • Georgia ST-3 Sales and Use Tax Report updated to reflect current rates. 
    • Kentucky 73A551 & 73A552 Direct Shipper’s Reports are now available.
    • Kentucky Monthly Return of Direct Shippers of Alcohol now supports a report subscription option specific to small farm wineries.
    • Louisiana R-5696-L Tax Return for Sparkling and Still Wines Shipped Direct to Consumers has been updated to eFile only. It is also now available to be filed by AutoFile. And we have removed the penalty calculation from the return.
    • Maine Division of Liquor Licensing & Enforcement - Report of Low Alcohol Shipments has been updated.
    • Maine Division of Liquor Licensing & Enforcement - Report of Malt Beverages has been updated.
    • Maine Division of Liquor Licensing & Enforcement - Report of Wine Shipments has been updated.
    • Massachusetts Form AB-DS Alcoholic Beverages Excise Tax Return Direct Shipments to
    • Massachusetts now supports cider as a product type.
    • New York State and Local Sales and Use Tax Return now has a TXT version of the eFile report available.
    • Oregon CERA - Malt Beverages Imported to Wholesalers Bill of Lading field has been updated.
    • Oregon CERA - Wine Imported to Wholesalers Bill of Lading field has been updated.
    • Pennsylvania REV-1052 Monthly Report of Taxable Malt Beverage has been updated.
    • Texas Single Local Use Tax Report has added a quarterly frequency. 
       
  • State label registrations:
    • Florida: Removed distributor information prompt for wine, beer, and spirits registrations as it is not required.
    • Maine: Distributor partial territory documents are now included in the registration packet.
    • New York: Private (Submitted by retailers and can only be sold at their licensed premises) versus Standard registrations (Submitted by licensed wholesalers, manufacturers, or importers) can now be indicated.
    • North Carolina: Distributor partial territory documents are now included in the registration packet.
    • Ohio has an updated label revision fee of $0 (previously $50).
    • Oklahoma: Improved renewals portal performance.
    • Tennessee: Distributor partial territory documents are now included in the registration packet.
  • Direct-to-consumer (DtC) compliance:
    Updated integration with LexisNexis for age verifications.
