ShipCompliant Product News

Updated July 21, 2023

This summer, we’re staying on top of regulatory changes so you can stay cool and compliant.

The new Solicitors experience is live! We’ve made Solicitor management more convenient, starting with:

  1. Editable tables: edit solicitor license information directly from the table. Double click on a field to edit and your changes will be saved automatically.
  2. Quick filter buttons: get visibility into your solicitor license statuses with quick filter buttons to see what’s required, expired or expiring soon.
  3. New and improved solicitor management: make quick changes to solicitor information and add or edit working regions, all in the same place.

Here’s a rundown of recent changes we’ve made in the product to keep you fully compliant:

  • Alabama: We fixed a bug in Market Ready preventing DtC-only sparkling wine registrations from being submitted.
  • Georgia: We’ve updated state form ST-3 Sales and Use Tax Report with the following jurisdiction rate changes:
    • Calhoun County: 4%
    • Glynn County: 3%
    • Long County: 3%
    • Oconee County: 4%
    • Twiggs County: 4%
    • Ware County: 3%
    • Wheeler County: 3%
  • Nebraska: We’ve updated Form 10 State and Local Sales and Use Tax Return Local Schedule with state changes, including the following jurisdiction changes:
    • Ord: Rate decreased from 0.02% to 0.015%
