ShipCompliant Product News

Updated July 21, 2022

We’re on top of all of this summer’s regulatory changes, helping you stay cool while your business heats up. Here are this month’s product highlights.

  • Label Export Analytics Report: We've added Product Key and Fanciful Name columns to the Label Export report, so you can track your registration information more easily.
  • Alaska: We've added local alcohol taxes to the Remote Sellers Worksheet for the following jurisdictions. If you're subscribed to this report, you'll see these taxes reflected on the worksheet.
    • Anchorage: 5%
    • Bethel: 15%
    • Craig: 6%
    • Dillingham: 10%
    • Juneau: 3%
    • North Pole: 6%
  • Maine: Effective for reports due in July, wholesale reports must be submitted via email using a new excel file. The Maine Division of Liquor Licensing and Enforcement has combined three of their wholesale reports (Report of Low Alcohol Shipments, Report of Malt Beverages, and Report of Wine Shipments) into one email report. You are required to pay a 30-cent/gallon excise tax on any low-alcohol spirits shipped into the state.
  • Oregon: The OLCC DS-1: Direct Shipper Statement and Schedule is now e-File only. The new report is now available and must be filed through the OPTO system.

Stay tuned for next month’s updates on our product roadmap initiatives.
