Describe your ideal setting for enjoying your favorite beverage (and what might that beverage be?): I’d choose to enjoy my New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc in a seaside restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean.
What motivates you to do what you do here, and how do you contribute to the customer experience?: It is a joy to partner with wonderful colleagues to pursue our mission to solve tax for good. Every function in the organization plays a role in delivering a great customer experience. As COO, I lead our customer facing teams including sales, professional services, support services, some of our managed services and customer success. Each of these teams directly impact our customer experience daily.
