Favorite beverage and why: Gin and tonic/lemonade/lime - I love cycling throughout the seasons in Minnesota - they're always refreshing, no matter the temperature.
Describe your ideal setting for enjoying your favorite beverage (and what might that beverage be?): On a boat in the summer or on a lake in the winter, as long as I'm on the water.
What out-of-state beverage do you wish could be shipped directly to you?: The niche that is Kentucky Bourbon. There are so many variations of how they are made that are hard to get a hold of unless you are in the area.
What motivates you to do what you do here, and how do you contribute to the customer experience?: My main focus, no matter what role I'm in, has always been to improve the current process and make the process scalable. Knowing that there is always a piece of documentation that can be reworked or improved keeps me motivated to continue improving processes. At the end of the day, this helps benefit the customer experience as they will be given more robust material, as well as help transfer knowledge internally.
