Favorite part of your job: Really getting to know clients, their businesses and the impacts our products have. I love when I’m able to help bridge a gap in understanding or provide a sense of relief for clients or coworkers because some clarity has been gained or concern eliminated.
Favorite beverage and why: It depends on my mood. Moscato, rum or whiskey with anything sweet mixed in, or a good sour ale.
Describe your ideal setting for enjoying your favorite beverage (and what might that beverage be?): On any body of water, preferably with waves. Especially if I’m in a big boat with a fruity frozen drink.
What motivates you to do what you do here, and how do you contribute to the customer experience?: As a former business owner, I want to reduce the feeling of stress that the burden of compliance creates for other people. I try to get to know each client, understand their stress and their idea of success, then facilitate the response they need from our teams. Working with my team is the icing on the cake.
