Todd Hanna is Sovos’ vice president, legal director and corporate secretary, responsible for leading the company’s global legal department, managing all legal issues and providing strategic, tactical and operational legal support to all business units.
Prior to joining Sovos, he was commercial legal manager for EMC Corporation and VCE Company (acquired by Dell) and legal director for Akibia (acquired by Zensar).
With a degree in economics from Boston University, he obtained the Juris Doctorate diploma at the Faculty of Law at Syracuse University. Todd has articles published in Corporate Counsel magazine on contract negotiation strategies for lawyers and on the use of data metrics in the management of legal departments.
He is also a member of the Dana Farber Leadership Council and the Andover Massachusetts Scholarship Committee.
