Antonio Godoy has been Director of Customer Support for Latam at Sovos Brasil since 2018. He has consolidated his career at Oracle, where he served for 24 years as Technical Customer Support Manager, Support Executive for Brazil and Critical Account Manager for large accounts. He has over 30 years of experience in the IT and Support areas. He holds a degree in Information Systems, a postgraduate degree in Project Management and has several technical and management improvement courses.
