As Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Todd Hanna is responsible for leading the Company’s legal department, handling all legal affairs and providing strategic, tactical and operational support to all business units of Sovos.
Prior to joining Sovos, Todd was Commercial Advisor at EMC and VCE (acquired by Dell) and General Counsel at Akibia (acquired by Zensar).
Todd Hanna holds a BA in Economics from Boston University and a JD from Syracuse University Law School. He has published articles in Corporate Counsel Magazine on contract negotiation strategies for lawyers, as well as on the use of data in managing a legal department.
Todd is also a member of the Dana Farber Leadership Council and the Andover Massachusetts Scholarship Committee.
