Todd Hanna is vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, responsible for leading the company’s global legal function and department, managing all legal affairs and providing strategic, tactical and operational legal support to all Sovos business units.
Before joining Sovos, Todd was managing commercial counsel at EMC Corporation and VCE Company (acquired by Dell) and general counsel of Akibia (acquired by Zensar).
Todd earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics at Boston University and his J.D. at Syracuse University College of Law. He has published articles in Corporate Counsel Magazine on contract negotiation strategy for lawyers, as well as utilising data metrics in legal department management.
Todd is a member of the Dana Farber Leadership Council and the Andover Massachusetts Scholarship Committee.
