As managing director for North America, Erik Gilder is charged with determining and setting sales strategy and benchmarks for the region across Sovos’ four strategic lines of business. He is a believer in the power of desire and commitment. Have a positive outlook, take responsibility and be resilient and you will achieve success.
Since joining Sovos, Erik has had held key management positions across all four of Sovos’ lines of business. Under his leadership, sales have met or exceeded revenue targets for the past six years.
He lives by a simple business philosophy that less is more. When you understand what you’re good at and can focus on your strengths, you can achieve any goal that you set your mind towards.
When not in the office or online you’ll find Erik at one of many sporting events or practices for his three kids or exploring the woods of the North Shore along Lake Superior.
Growing up in a small town in western Montana. Erik appreciated the sense of community that comes with living in a small town. This experience is what fuels Erik’s passion to build strong teams that look out for one another and always have each other’s back.
