Throughout his extensive career, Gaffney has provided strategic technology leadership across diverse industries including cloud computing, healthcare, logistics, eDiscovery, and security. He has held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Oracle Corporation, Magnit Global, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Condé Nast, Guidance Software, and Ann Taylor.

Most recently, Gaffney served as Senior Vice President of Systems & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Magnit, a leading global workforce management service provider. In this role, he oversaw Magnit’s global information systems infrastructure and spearheaded the development of an industry-leading security program, achieving ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and ISO 27701 certifications.
