Pennsylvania recently released an updated Form PA-100, the Enterprise Registration Form and Instructions. This form is used by enterprise businesses to register with the state for certain taxes and services administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and Department of Labor & Industry. For the purposes of this form, “enterprise” does not indicate size of business: it is merely a term of industry meant to categorize businesses that engage in certain activities such as paying wages, offering services, or collects taxes.
There are a few minor changes to the form in this new update, which are as follows:
- Section 20: Small Games of Chance License/Certificate (p. 14)
- The section which allows manufacturers to indicate which small games they are submitting catalogs for has removed boxes for “Daily Drawings”, “Weekly Drawings”, and “Raffles”.
- Section 21: Motor Carrier Registration & Decal/Motor Fuels License & Permit (p. 16)
- Under the Vehicles Decal Requests section, the price for two decals has gone up to $12.00 for a set of two (up from $5.00 for two in the previous version).
