Monday, October 16
- The conference kicks off at 5 p.m. with SuiteWorld’s Welcome Reception in the exhibit hall. Find Sovos at Booth #808, near the Learning Lab entrance.
- Following the reception, Sovos will host a small group in a private cabin on the High Roller Ferris wheel, welcoming conference attendees to Vegas with an open bar and exquisite views of the Strip as the sun begins to set.

Tuesday, October 17
- SuiteWorld’s 25th Anniversary opening keynote starts at 9:30 a.m. This year’s theme is SuiteUP, and in this 90-minute presentation you will hear from founder and EVP, Evan Goldberg, about NetSuite’s newest capabilities to help supercharge your business. The session will include customer stories and a look into NetSuite’s innovation roadmap.
- Visit the exhibit hall in between sessions to learn about the tools you can use to SuiteUP. Find the Sovos team at Booth #808 to discuss compliance tools for sales tax, 1099 and VAT reporting.
Tuesday’s activities conclude with the industry reception, hosted by NetSuite from 6:30-8:30pm.
Wednesday, October 18
- Sovos’ client spotlight session starts at 4:30 p.m. in Alliance 305. Access the agenda builder and search for “How Imperial Industrial Supply Runs its Entire Business on NetSuite” to get the full details.
- Following the session, join Sovos, LeaseQuery and Riveron for a pre-game happy hour at Harrah’s Lounge. Drinks and apps are on us until 6:30 p.m., so make sure to reserve your ticket in advance as space is limited.
