The Polish authorities continue to make progress on its proposed CTC e-invoicing reform, most recently with new documentation. Technical documentation and draft invoice schemas, in Polish and English, for the Polish Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) have recently been published. In addition, changes to the draft legislation are introduced which relate to simplifications of VAT settlements, e.g. simplification of the content of corrective invoices. Also, new draft legislation is published on the requirements for access to KSeF and the stored invoices, i.e. methods of authentication, entities authorized to use the KSeF as well data required to access the stored invoice, e.g. number assigned by KSeF, taxpayer taxID number, invoice date etc. The legislation is made available here: https://legislacja.rcl.gov.pl/projekt/12343202
