According to the MoF, work on the development of KSeF is ongoing and remains a priority. At the same time, the Ministry is actively reviewing legal and business the feedback from stakeholders, which were made as part of the November public consultations.

A revised version of the draft legislation, originally anticipated in Q1 2025, is now expected to be submitted to the Council of Ministers in Q2 2025. This may be preceded by another round of public consultations before following to the Sejm (Poland’s lower house of parliament) for debate and approval. Therefore, the publication of the revised KSeF legislation is now anticipated in Q2 2025, at the earliest.

The MoF has emphasized its commitment to supporting a smooth implementation through information campaigns.

Finally, the MoF confirmed that there are no plans to postpone the start of mandatory KSeF usage, currently scheduled for 1 February 2026 for large taxpayers and 1 April 2026 for all others.
