Poland: Krajowy System e-Faktur moves to next phase of legislative process

Progress has been made in the roll-out of the Polish CTC (continuous transaction control) system, Krajowy System of e-Faktur. In June, the Ministry of Finance announced it had reviewed all comments submitted by the public and Polish ministers on the CTC system and decided to take certain actions, including introducing a testing phase for the CTC system in October 2021 and setting a new go-live date, i.e. January 2022.
