With important dates approaching for mandatory e-invoicing in Poland, taxpayers should take note of the upcoming KSeF 1.0 production environment maintenance break and the KSeF 2.0 go-live.
Taxpayers currently using KSeF 1.0 can only use the production environment until 26 January 2026. A technical maintenance break will occur between 26-31 January 2026, during which the KSeF 2.0 deployment will be finalized.
On 1 February 2026, the KSeF 2.0 production environment will be made available, the same day mandatory e-invoicing begins for large taxpayers.
There is currently no indication from the Ministry of Finance that the KSeF 2.0 test and demo (pre-production) environments will be affected during this period.
Key dates:
-
26 January 2026: Users of the KSeF 1.0 production environment can continue issuing invoices until this date
-
26-31 January 2026: Technical maintenance break of the KSeF 1.0 production environment
-
1 February 2026: KSeF 2.0 production go-live and mandatory e-invoicing begins
