On April 3rd, the Polish Ministry of Finance (MoF) presented proposed changes to the VAT legislation affecting KSeF, along with draft interface specification v. 1.9 introducing new functionalities. These include the ability to issue invoices in offline modes and integrate PEF with KSeF.

The public consultation about both drafts is now open until April 19th. More information is available here.

The proposed changes are in line with previously announced plans discussed during consultation meetings held by the MoF in March. For detailed information, please check our previous blog here.

Despite the publication of the draft legislation, a crucial detail remains undisclosed: the implementation date for mandatory e-invoicing has yet to be announced. This information is anticipated to be disclosed sometime between April and May.
