Israel: VAT Rate Increase to 18% from January 1, 2025

The standard VAT rate in Israel is increasing from 17% to 18% from January 1, 2025. This measure was introduced in early 2024 and was confirmed by the Israeli Tax Authority on December 5, 2024.
