Argentina: New Obligation to link the E-Transport Document for Flour to Sales E-Invoice

The Argentinian tax authority (AFIP) has established the procedure for linking the electronic transport document for flour (Remito Electrónico Harinero – REH) with the electronic sales invoice that supports the operations of sale of flour and by-products derived from the milling of wheat.

As recently established for the e-transport document for meats (Remito Electrónico Cárnico – REC), AFIP Resolution 5264/2022 determines that at the time of preparing the corresponding sales e-invoice, the activity for which it is being carried out must be selected, in order to identify the REH(s) that was issued and which will be linked to the sales e-invoice.

This obligation will be optional regarding e-invoices issued after 1 February 2023 and mandatory for those issued after 1 March 2023.
