ARGENTINA: New Calendar of Implementation of the VAT Digital Ledger

The Argentinean tax administration has enacted a new resolution Nº 4671/2020 postponing some of the effective dates of the implementation of the Digital VAT Ledger, locally known as “Libro de IVA Digital”. According to the Resolution, the new calendar of implementation will be as follows: For taxpayers with gross revenues during 2018 fiscal year between $2,000,000 and $ 5,000,000, compliance will start with the period of September 2020; for those with Revenues between $ 5,000,000 and $ 10,000,000, compliance will be required with the period of October 2020; and those with revenues above $10,000,000 will be required to start complying with the November 2020 period.
