South Carolina Updates Interest Rates for Q2 2018

The South Carolina Department of Revenue recently published Information Letter #18-2, which details interest rates for overpayments and underpayments of taxes.

 

The interest rate for the second quarter of 2018 has increased to 5%. This rate increase is governed by S.C. Code Ann. Section 12-4-320 (2014) and SC Revenue Procedure #09-3.
