On 23 March 2023, the tax authorities published the working version of the schema FA (2).

The next steps following the publication of the schema are:

  • The final schema FA(2) will be published on ePUAP in June 2023.
  • The test environment adapted to the schema FA(2) and documentation will be available in July 2023.
  • The production environment will be available on 1 September 2023.

The schema FA (2) will go live from 1 September 2023, when it will fully replace schema FA (1). This means that schema FA (2) can be used already during the voluntary period of e-invoicing via KSeF so that taxpayers can prepare for the mandatory e-invoicing starting from 1 July 2024.

The working version of schema FA(2) and its comparison with the schema version published in December 2022 during the public consultation is available here: Krajowy System e-Faktur – Ministerstwo Finansów – Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa – Portal Gov.pl (www.gov.pl) and here: Pliki do pobrania KSeF (podatki.gov.pl).

The official announcement is available here: Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) – robocza wersja struktury logicznej FA(2) – Ministerstwo Finansów – Portal Gov.pl (www.gov.pl)
