Oregon's Department of Revenue recently updated their iWire Troubleshooting page to inform filers that all 1099s for Tax Year 2017 (the 2018 filing season) will need to be filed electronically. This is a departure from previous years, where filers with fewer than 11 1099 returns could file paper returns.
