Oklahoma has announced that employers with Oklahoma withholding/wage detail will be required to submit both W2/W3 and 1099 information returns to the Oklahoma Tax Commission via OKTAP for TY2017 no later than February 28, 2018.

In TY2016, Oklahoma postponed the 1099 reporting requirement for employers but still required W2 information to be filed with the state.
