Montana recently published an updated version of Form ETR, the Montana ACH Credit Payment Registration form. This form is used to register businesses with the Montana Department of Revenue for the purposes of utilizing the ACH credit payment system.

There are a few minor updates to the form, which are as follows:

  • The form may be filed by e-mail only, as no fax number is provided in this version. E-mail submissions must be sent to the updated address, which is DORAMC@mt.gov.
  • A page of instructions were added to the updated form, with general information and tips to avoid processing delays. There is also a list of tax types that are payable by ACH credit.
