Greece Releases Secondary Legislation for AEOI Reporting Under CRS

The Hellenic Republic (Greece) recently released a series of legislation relating to AEOI reporting under CRS. 

  1. Decision No. 1135 establishes a list of jurisdictions that Greece plans to partner with under the MCAA. 
  2. Decision No. 1144 establishes the jurisdictions with which the MCAA is in effect.
  3. Decision No. 1130 concerns the designation of Competent Authorities, the submission of undocumented accounts, and reporting deadlines.
  4. Decision No. 1140 discusses the reporting deadline for 2017.
  5. Decision No. 1137 establishes the lists of participating jurisdictions for years 2016 and 2017 as well as reportable jurisdictions for 2017.
