Bosnia and Herzegovina has opened Public Hearing on the Draft Law on Fiscalisation of Transactions from January 1, 2025 to March 1, 2025.
In late 2024 Bosnia and Herzegovina published a draft Law introducing mandatory B2B, B2G, and B2C e-invoicing and real-time reporting requirements aiming to combat tax fraud.
The objective of the public consultation is to involve all interested parties in the development of a high-quality, effective, and practically applicable legal framework.
Public comments and suggestions should be submitted using the Public Discussion Form. The form is available for download on the official website of the Federal Ministry of Finance. The completed form can be sent via email to MOF email or sent via regular mail to MOF postal address.
Feedback received from the public consultation, together with the earlier published draft law, will be used as the basis for the final e-invoicing law proposal.
