Kentucky Imposes New Excise Tax on Motor Vehicle Rentals

Kentucky recently enacted House Bill 8 which imposes a new excise tax on certain types of motor vehicle rentals. This excise tax is 6% in addition to the existing 6% motor vehicle usage tax.
