Greece postpones both Phase B deadlines of its e-transport mandate for digital monitoring of goods movement. This is a further postponement of Phase B. The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) and the Ministry of National Economy and Finance set the new dates in Joint Decision A.1198/2026, published in the Government Gazette on September 30, 2026.

Who is affected

All entities subject to the e-transport mandate. Phase A obligations remain unchanged and applicable since December 1, 2025.

Revised timeline

  • From January 1, 2027 (previously October 12, 2026): Businesses activate the loading, transshipment, and receipt processes in myDATA. This includes transmitting quantitative stock control data.

  • From January 1, 2028 (previously January 1, 2027): Businesses use unified item coding based on the Combined Nomenclature.

Later decisions may set a different start date for the coding requirement for specific categories of goods.
