The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) has set the 2027 contribution rates (DGF) payable by insurers to the Guarantee Fund for Non-Life Insurance Companies. In a notice published on their website on 22 September 2026, the FSA confirmed that the per-policy contribution on consumer insurance and equivalent lines will be suspended (set to DKK 0) for 2027, while the contributions for workers’ compensation and motor third-party liability insurance remain unchanged.
The change takes effect for policies newly written or renewed on or after 1 January 2027.
