As a talent director, Colleen Schlagel leads the development of strategic plans to facilitate the success and evolution of Sovos’ Global Talent Programs. Responsible for expanding and promoting the best talents within the organization, she is dedicated to personal and professional development and the growth of all Sovos team members. Colleen joined Sovos in 2013, bringing more than 15 years of experience as an HR leader, after holding positions in high-growth global organizations in the direct marketing, consumer products and manufacturing sectors.
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Minnesota State University in Mankato and is a certified senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
