Gregg Spratto, President of Sovos, oversees global operations, engineering, IT, and partners with the executive team to drive efficiency, scale, and ongoing transformation. Previously Chief Operating Officer, Gregg strengthened Sovos’ operating model and execution capabilities.
With three decades of experience, Gregg has built and scaled high-performing organizations, championed automation, and improved business performance through disciplined, data-driven decision making. He has held senior roles at Autodesk, Cision, and Magnit, leading complex initiatives in operational effectiveness and integration.
Gregg has participated in more than 30 acquisitions and multiple successful company sales. Recognized as a creative operational strategist and early pioneer in applying RPA and AI to back-office operations, he focuses on building operationally efficient organizations that continuously evolve to remain competitive.
When not in the office, Gregg prioritizes spending time with family and is an avid sports fan and golfer. He enjoys exploring different areas of the world and trying new experiences, especially the food.
